Fuel Accountability in Route
Arrow Petroleum ensures precise tracking of products from the supplier along the route to Hairatan. Our knowledgeable personnel navigate the route proficiently and the process of pushing the wagon along. With GPS tracking, we provide real-time monitoring of wagons to guarantee secure transportation throughout the journey.
Arrow Petroleum strategically stations personnel at key points along the route to verify essential details regarding the wagons, including the presence of seals and wagon numbers, and compares this information to the tracking report system. Reports containing this crucial data are promptly sent to both Arrow Petroleum HQ and Hairatan Arrow Petroleum office.
Arrow Petroleum has a full-time employee in Termiz, Uzbekistan, responsible for coordinating with customs to facilitate the transfer of RTCs to Hairatan. Additionally, our office in Hairatan coordinates with Afghan customs for RTC wagon movement, ensuring efficient transportation processes.
