Fuel Quality Management
QualityEvery fuel process has a quality control plan written according to ASTM, API, and DLA energy standards. This Quality Control Management Plan (QCMP) is crucial for maintaining the quality and reliability of our fuel products.
Arrow Petroleum has developed QCMP to identify key processes and controls in place to assure a high-value output in each process, outlining methods and procedures to ensure each output meets customer standards and guidelines.
The Quality Control Management Plan (QCMP) aims to ensure high-quality fuel services safely and according to contract requirements, industry standards ( ASTM, API), MIL standards, DLA Energy Policies, and applicable local laws.
Quality Control Process
Arrow Petroleum’s Quality Control Management Plan (QCMP) aims to identify all service-related processes and assign responsibilities to individuals or departments that perform vital roles in these processes.
AP is dedicated to ensuring that fuel products provided to the customer are of the highest quality according to the required specifications under which these products were procured.
This QCMP maps out Arrow Petroleum’s procedures for completing its scope of work in accordance with existing contracts and international standards while simultaneously incorporating the quality requirements of ISO 9001:2015 into its daily operations. The purpose of this QCMP is to ensure that the relevant processes are monitored and controlled.
American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard Filtration Systems
Our filtering systems at Arrow Petroleum consist of the following standards:âĻ
- American Petroleum Institute 1581 ED.
- Filtration for all jet fuel receipts and issues.
- Carbon steel with Epoxy lining
- Velcon filtration and water coalesce
- 600 Gallons per minute filtration
- Our installations require filtration and separation of jet fuel entering airport storage to maintain industry standards.
- The written operational manual (AP-MNL-OP-KAIA-01) is essential for receiving aviation fuels at Kabul International Airport – A.P., ensuring a clean, orderly, and error-free operation.
